Therapeutic Exercise & Movement Programming
This is the foundation of what we do. Through structured, instructor-led workouts and reflective dialogue, we help participants build routines that are rooted in both physical health and emotional growth.
Each session begins with a simple check-in: How does your body feel? How does your mind feel?
And each session ends the same way—with a pause, a reflection, and a chance to notice what’s shifted.
Our therapeutic exercise programs help participants:
Rebuild physical strength and coordination
Develop routine, accountability, and self-discipline
Process emotions like anger, anxiety, and grief through safe physical expression
Learn how to push through discomfort—mentally and physically
Track personal progress through individualized PR (Personal Record) goals
These sessions are often offered 3–4 times per week and can be tailored for individuals or small groups. They’re private, inclusive, and adapted to meet participants where they are—whether they’re new to fitness or just learning to trust themselves again.
Experiential Therapy
Therapy doesn’t always happen in a chair. Sometimes it happens while lifting something heavy. Or during a moment of stillness on the water. Or after a shared challenge with someone else who’s been where you are.
Our experiential therapy sessions are built on that truth. Using movement, metaphor, and guided reflection, we create spaces for participants to explore internal struggles in real-time through physical tasks.
Experiential therapy helps participants:
Safely access and express complex emotions
Learn by doing, rather than just talking
Build self-awareness, emotional regulation, and resilience
Strengthen trust and vulnerability in a community setting
We use metaphors tied to movement (e.g., deadlifts representing the weight of personal burdens, running as a symbol of endurance through hardship) to help participants connect physical action to emotional healing. These sessions are especially effective for individuals in addiction recovery, trauma recovery, or post-treatment transition.
