At Triple Threat Team Building, we’ve walked alongside people in some of their hardest seasons. And we’ve seen something powerful happen—again and again—when you bring together movement, community, and a safe place to feel.
Walls start to come down. Trust starts to build. People start to believe in themselves again.
We created Triple Threat for exactly that reason: to help people reconnect with who they are and who they’re becoming—through physical challenge, emotional reflection, and supportive connection.

Our Mission

We exist to help people discover purpose, create meaning, and move in a positive direction—one workout, one conversation, one breakthrough at a time.

Whether you’re in recovery, healing from trauma, feeling stuck, or simply wanting more out of life, we believe movement can be a bridge to something deeper.

Why the Name “Triple Threat”?

It’s a nod to the three pillars we believe support lasting change:
  • Purpose – Knowing why you show up each day
  • Meaning – Understanding the deeper value in your struggle
  • Direction – Having a sense of where you’re going (even if you’re not there yet)
It also speaks to the full-person focus we bring to every session—engaging body, mind, and spirit.

Who We Are

Triple Threat Team Building is led by a team of recovery-informed professionals, fitness educators, and experiential therapists who care deeply about people, not just programs. We’ve seen what happens when traditional approaches fall short—and we’ve seen the difference it makes when people are given the space to move, express, and connect in their own way.
This isn’t about perfection. It’s about showing up, being seen, and finding strength in the process.

Our team brings backgrounds in:

  • Addiction recovery and trauma-informed care
  • Personal training and group fitness
  • Experiential and movement-based therapy
  • Mentorship, spiritual development, and coaching

But more than that, we bring compassion, presence, and humility. We’re here to walk with you, not lecture you.
