Mike’s journey from New Jersey to South Florida was more than just a move—it was the beginning of a mission. After graduating from Lynn University with a bachelor’s in Communications and a Master of Science in Counseling, Mike developed a passion for helping people uncover their potential and rebuild their lives.
Since 2012, Mike has been walking alongside individuals in recovery, combining clinical insight with the kind of support that goes beyond a therapy room. His early work in a substance abuse treatment center in Hobe Sound, Florida, sparked a passion that’s only grown—shaping him into a recognized leader in experiential and adventure-based healing.
As the Founder and CEO of Triple Threat Team Building, Mike brings together everything he believes in: movement, mindset, and meaningful connection. With specialties in EMDR, CrossFit-infused therapy, Adventure and Recreational Therapy, Nutrition, Psychodrama, and Motivational Interviewing, he blends clinical care with hands-on experience to create powerful moments of growth.
When he’s not coaching CrossFit, training athletes, or building team programs, you’ll probably find Mike out in nature—free diving, snorkeling, or mentoring young lacrosse players. Whether it’s in the water, on the field, or inside the walls of Triple Threat, one thing remains true: Mike comes alive when he’s helping people move, heal, and find their purpose. That same passion extends into his community work—he sits on the Youth Sailing Foundation of the Palm Beaches and serves on the Board of Trustees for The Craig School in New Jersey, a middle and high school dedicated to students with learning disabilities. Through service, mentorship, and advocacy, Mike continues to create impact well beyond the gym.
